Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them
In original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included
Accompanied by proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns of:

Items that show signs of use, damage from misuse, or missing components
Items returned without prior authorization
Items marked as final sale, if applicable

3. How to Start a Return

Reason for return
Photos, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will confirm return instructions and the correct return address within 2 business days. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

Contact us with your order number and request.
Approval — we respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Ship the item to the address we provide.
Inspection — once received, we inspect the returned item.
Refund — issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case return shipping is covered by us.

7. Exchanges

Items may be exchanged if defective or damaged, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact contact@functionallens.com.

8. State-Specific Rights

Some states have their own consumer return/warranty laws (e.g., implied warranty of merchantability under the Uniform Commercial Code, or state protections for defective electronics). Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right you have under your state's consumer protection laws.
